Warwick is a global guitar and bass brand based in Germany.

In recent years, they have begun distributing global brands such as Sadowsky.

They have expanded their presence in many fields and released a number of attractive products.

This is Warwick's top-of-the-line Custom Shop series.

Crafted in Germany using the finest woods, this is one of their high-quality products.

The company offers several models, but this is their most popular, the Streamer Stage I.

The ergonomic body design provides excellent playability.

The body is crafted from beautiful AAA Flamed Maple.

The neck is Flamed Maple and the fingerboard is Birds Eye Maple.

It has an appealing, exotic, and luxurious look.

The pickups and preamp are made by the renowned MEC.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free ""string vibration setup"" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

- Please present your signed warranty card.
- Only the original purchaser from a GIB or TONIQ store or online store is eligible.
- Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and other costs.

●Repurchase Price Guarantee

If you sell your purchase within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee applies to 50% of the purchase price for new instruments and 70% of the purchase price for used instruments.

●Defect Guarantee

Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).

The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.

Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:

- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
