Fujigen is Japan's world-class guitar factory.
It is highly regarded worldwide and has manufactured many guitar brands such as Fender, G&L, and Ibanez on an OEM basis.
FGN is the original brand of the world's best guitar factory.
This is a gem of JB type about 20 years old.
Ash is used for the body and Rosewood for the fingerboard.
It is a classic configuration.
Bartolni NTBT preamp is installed.
The frets are fretted by the well-known CFS (circle fretting system).
CFS is a fan-shaped fretting system, which takes a right angle to the strings and makes the scale setting more accurate.
As a modern active JB, the quality is certainly high and the sound is convincing.
It would be interesting to change the bridge.
The frets are roughly 80% remaining.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works about 90°.
The neck is in good condition; it takes a little force to turn the 4th string peg; the knob of the 1st string peg is a little distorted. The body and paintwork are in good condition.
There are some dents, scratches, and paint cracks on the body and paint surface.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The bridge PU has been replaced, and the PU cover is original. (Model number unknown).
