This model is the American Deluxe 5-string JB, which has been showing signs of becoming popular recently.
This is an individual that has been refretted. The nuts have also been replaced accordingly.
Although it has a modern body shape that allows access to the high frets, it has an excellent sense of balance.
The smooth treble and chunky bass are overall very neat.
Approximately 70% of the frets remain.
The movement of the truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it can move around 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and paint surface is PG, and there is a pilot hole on the top of the body where a pickup fence would have been attached. There are some small dents and scratches here and there.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The refret and nut have been replaced. The strap pin has been replaced with one made by Jim Dunlop. (Strap lock side is not included)
