Description & Condition
Atlansia is a master craftsmen's studio that has supported Japanese guitar making since ancient times.
Their unique designs are highly acclaimed both in Japan and abroad, and they are respected by many luthiers and musicians.
This model is the CONCORD, which is unique yet has high potential as a musical instrument.
You may feel uncomfortable with its balance and playing comfort when you hold it, but surprisingly, you don't have such an impression.
The round neck, which looks as if it were cut from a log, is very unique, but at the same time, you will be surprised at how well it fits your fingers.
The excellent finish of the fretboard edge and neck shape is what makes this unique character so playable.
The fretboard R is extremely small and feels quite rounded.
It is a sophisticated design that is unique, but in no way detracts from playability. (Of course, if you are unfamiliar with it, you may feel some discomfort.)
The gold jack is for stereo output, and only the E and A strings are output.
It also has a dedicated volume here.
The ability to rotate the PU is a very unique feature.
The sound can be fine-tuned for each string.
This may be difficult to realize unless you actually turn it and feel it.
The sound is strangely like that of a double bass.
It is difficult to explain because there are no electric instruments with a similar sound. ......
It is a very unique model, so you may like it or dislike it, but it is a bass that is very convincing when you actually play it.
The remaining frets are approximately 80%.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The body and paintwork are in player's condition with some scratches and dings.
The neck is in good condition, with a slight high up, but the string height from 3.0mm on the G string to 3.5mm on the E string does not interfere with the playing.
However, it is not practical to lower the string height any further because the PU interferes with the strings.
Considering this, I believe that the high rise and string height settings were designed with this in mind from the time the instrument was designed, and it was assumed that it would be played with some high rise and higher string height.
It is possible to adjust the height of the PU, but it is not recommended to lower the PU height as it may cause the PU to break.
