TRIBE GUITARS is a Swiss-based brand producing high-quality guitars and basses.
It is loved by musicians mainly in Europe and its quality is highly appreciated.

This model is a gem of the SF series with a unique P-H pick-up layout.

The body shape is basically balanced similar to Fender.
You won't feel any discomfort in playing it.

The front is equipped with a Precision Bass-type split-coil PU and the rear with a humbucking PU.
The rear in particular is humbucking, but it looks like two JB single coils in the rear.
In fact, the wiring can be controlled by a mini-switch and the contents are: single (60's) - hum - single (70's).

In the 1960s and 1970s, Fender changed the position of the rear PU on the JB.
This switch allows you to change those differences at will.

The sound is basically full of lows and in a way follows Fender manner.
Yet it has the style of a PJ, especially in the mix, which can be freely changed by switching the wiring of the rear PU.
This is something that everyone will find positive, as the mixing sound of a PJ can be very much to their liking.
