Description & Condition
Provision Guitar is a handmade brand based in Yamaguchi Prefecture, producing high-quality guitars.
It's known for being used by professional musicians such as Naoto Tada, Takayoshi Negishi, Ken Taneda, and Kazuya Kojima (back number).
They are particularly renowned for the high quality of their Fender-style basses.
This is a 5-string active bass.
As you can see, it's a custom order modeled after the Fender American Deluxe series.
The body is made of alder, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood—popular specifications.
The body shape is a Dinky size, and it features iconic 5-in-line tuning machines.
The finish is polyurethane-based with a lacquer top coat.
The result is an attractive finish with a rich, aged look.
The pickups are original single-coils, and the preamp is a Bartolini NTMB+F.
The sound is captivating, combining the overwhelmingly rich low end characteristic of Provision's JB-type basses with a powerful and full midrange.
The powerful treble and crispness of the Bartolini pickups are added to the overall impression.
A guitar that beautifully combines a refined balance with a vintage-like feel.
Highly recommended.
Fret life is approximately 90%.
Truss rod is in good condition.
Neck is in good condition.
Body and paintwork are generally clean.
Electronics are in good condition.
