Warwick is a globally renowned guitar and bass brand based in Germany.
In recent years, they have begun distributing other world-class brands such as Sadowsky.
They have increased their presence in many fields and release numerous attractive products.
Many top artists, including Stuart Zender, Jonas Hellborg, and Robert Trujillo, use Warwick basses (titles omitted), showcasing their excellence to the world.
While the company offers several models, this is the Corvette Basic 5-String Bass.
The body is made of alder, the neck is a 4-piece laminate of maple and ekanga, and the fingerboard is made of wenge.
The bolt-on joint construction is also distinctive, providing Warwick's characteristic clear response and easy playability.
It is equipped with Active MEC J/J pickups and an Active 2-band electronics preamp.
The jack has been replaced at our shop.
Thanks to the clear, wide-range output characteristic of MEC pickups, this 5-string bass delivers the rich low-end range expected of a 5-string bass.
The sound is well-balanced, centered around a solid low end, with a clear attack and beautiful harmonics.
