Sadowsky is a high-end New York brand with top-tier musicians such as Marcus Miller and Will Lee as clients. (Titles omitted)
Currently, Sadowsky guitars are made in the USA (NYC), Germany (Warwick), and China, but this is a previously manufactured Japanese model.
Sadowsky Tokyo, and Sadowsky TYO, were positioned as brands that produced custom models rather than mass-produced ones.
This is a guitar from the Sadowsky Tokyo era.
The body is made of ash, and the neck and fingerboard are made of maple.
This combination produces tight, powerful lows and sharp, crisp highs.
The color is Transparent Blue.
The combination with the ash wood grain is striking.
The pickups and preamp are original.
It features the brand's signature 2-band EQ.
The bridge is a BADASS BASS V.
Compared to current Metroline and TYO models, the bass is slightly deeper, and the midrange feels lighter.
This is likely due to the Badass bridge.
Even with low string action, it delivers a rich low end, while maintaining a strong, crisp high-end.
The smooth playability, with string vibrations even with a light touch, is also appealing.

The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition. There are some string marks throughout the neck, likely from repeated use.
The body and paintwork show noticeable scratches and signs of wear. There are several small dents (approximately 1.0mm) near the bridge and on the back of the body, causing paint chipping. The metal parts show some slight tarnishing.
The electronics are in good condition.
No obvious modifications were observed.
