Moon is a leading, long-established guitar brand in Japan.
Highly regarded by many professional artists, Mitsuru Sudo and Larry Graham are known to be users of the brand. (Titles omitted)
This model is the PB-4C, Moon's classic PB model.
The body is made of alder, and the fingerboard is made of Honduras rosewood, a classic wood combination.
The body color is Burgundy Mist, the finish is polyurethane, and it features a matching headstock.
The pickups are H.Y.G PB.
They are simple split-coil pickups with complete hand-wiring.
And it uses a passive circuit without active circuitry.
The high playability and ease of use, where the sound naturally resonates with a light touch, are characteristic of Moon and are very pleasant.
However, the sound is Fender-like and traditional.
It has a thick low end and a strong midrange, while the playability is refined and smooth.
There aren't many PB models with this kind of balance, and it really shows the brand's high level of manufacturing skill.
