The Jazz Bass was released as a higher-end model than the Precision Bass.
Its sharp, clear sound and high playability have made it beloved by many bassists, and it continues to receive overwhelming support to this day.
This is a Jazz Bass from the American Vintage series.
As the name suggests, this series was created with a strong emphasis on vintage style, and this model is based on the specifications of a 1962 Jazz Bass.
The body is made of alder, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood.
This is a classic wood combination that produces a rich midrange and the crisp tone characteristic of a Jazz Bass.
The paint has aged and changed to a greenish hue, and natural weather checking is visible in places, giving it a very atmospheric look.
The pickups are original.
The sound, with its rich, full-bodied bass and sharp, beautiful treble, is truly classic.
This is a bass with a classic Jazz Bass sound that every bassist should know at least once.
The frets have approximately 60% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
