Xotic is loved by many top professionals, and many famous musicians such as Yuya Komoguchi, Allen Hinds, and Kirk Fletcher (titles omitted) use Xotic instruments.
This particular model was previously custom-ordered by GIB and sold once before.

The XJ-1T, an active bass made in Japan, is popular among this brand.
This Core series uses a hybrid manufacturing method in which the lumber and truss rod preparation are done in the U.S., and the painting and integration are done in Japan.
There are a few other differences.
The bridge is the same HIPSHOT, but a simpler Style B is used as standard.
The PU is a custom Lindy Fralin, originally used on the XJ-1T.
Usually passive guitars are used, but since this is a custom order from GIB, a Bartolini TCT was used as the preamp.
The sound is intended to be more powerful and crisp.
The body is made of ash.
It has a smooth sound and is a good match for the Bartolini TCT.
Paint is beautifully finished with lacquer.
The XJ Core is characterized by a simpler, more traditional feel.
The remaining frets are approximately 80%.
The truss rod operation and neck are in good condition.
The body and paintwork have some minor scratches, and there are a few scratches on the tip of the head, but overall, the guitar is in beautiful condition.
The pickguard has been replaced from the original, and there are screw holes for mounting the PU fence.
