Description & Condition

Sugi is a brand by Mr. Sugimoto, a legend in Japanese guitar making for many years.
Sugimoto produces high quality guitars and basses in Nagano, Japan, and is highly regarded by many musicians.

The NB is known as the flagship model and is used by Egawa Hojin-san, Mike Porcaro of TOTO, and others.

Despite its 24 frets, it is characterized by a sound that is open without being too tight.
This feature seems to have a positive influence on both finger playing and slapping.

While it has a wide range and modern playability, it is still based on traditional elements.
It is therefore a reassuring ally for bassists who are faithful to the bass's required role in an ensemble.

The remaining frets are approximately 70%.
The truss rod is in good working order and the neck is in good condition.
