Sadowsky is a high-end New York brand whose clientele includes top musicians like Marcus Miller and Will Lee. (Titles omitted)
Until now, Metroline Express was manufactured in Japan, but with Warwick taking over distribution of Sadowsky products, production moved to a factory in China.
The logo and specs have changed slightly, but this is an older model.
The body is made of Okume wood, with a maple neck and fingerboard.
The pickups are Passive Sadowsky J.
The preamp is original.
The preamp circuit board is nearly identical to top-of-the-line models priced around 1 million yen, which is a major advantage.
High quality is maintained despite the low retail price, making this a very unique and eye-catching product in its price range.
The powerful, crisp sound sounds a little more flashy than recent NYC models.
Some people might even prefer this one based on sound alone.
I recommend it.
Approximately 70% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition. The first string's action is currently 2.0mm and will not drop any lower.
The body and finish have some minor scratches, but are generally clean.
The electrical system is in good condition.

●Defect Guarantee
Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
