Description & Condition

Rickenbacker is one of the most traditional guitar brands and has a strong following among many musicians.

This model is the 4001 model, which is positioned as a historical masterpiece.

The 4001 is a higher-end model with pickups added to the 4000, the first model produced by the company, and is the predecessor of the 4003, which is currently positioned as the flagship model.
Many historic musicians such as Paul McCartney (Beatles), Chris Squier (Yes), and Cliff Burton (Metallica) used the 4001 and took the world by storm.

The design of the instrument, with its maple through-neck and maple wings, has given it a characteristic low frequency range.
However, it is not overly dark, and the Rickenbacker 4001's great appeal is that it has a slight comped feel and open nuance.

This model, which fully satisfies the elements required of a bass guitar, can be used in heavy ensembles, pop music, R&B, and any other genre.

The remaining frets are approximately 60%.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is twisted on the E string side, and there is a crack on the fingerboard and neck gluing area from the 15th to 20th fret on the E string side, but the string height is 2.5mm on the G string to 3.0mm on the E string, which does not affect the current playing.
The condition of the body and painted surface is commensurate with the age of the instrument, and there are many scratches and dulling of metal parts.
