PRS is a new age standard guitar brand along with Fender and Gibson.
Their beautiful guitars have been used by the world's top musicians such as Carlos Santana, John Mayer, Orianthi Panagaris, DAITA, and Pablo.
This model is from the SE line, which offers high quality with superior quality control at a lower price than ever before.
This model is Paul's Guitar, which was created as the ideal guitar for Paul Reed Smith, the founder of the company.
The body back is made of mahogany, the top is made of maple, and beautiful flame maple is used as a veneer.
The three-layer construction of the body gives it the beautiful looks and authentic sound of a high-end PRS model with a maple top and mahogany back, while keeping the cost down.
The neck is made of mahogany and the fingerboard is rosewood.
The SE series often uses maple for the neck, but this one uses mahogany, just like the higher-end models.
Compared to maple, mahogany has a richer sound with more overtones.
The pickups are TCI "S" pickups developed especially for this model.
The clear sound with few peculiarities is useful in a variety of genres.
An independent coil tap switch is provided for a total of 8 different types of versatile sound output.
This control is the first of its kind in the SE series.
The bridge parts are the same as those used on the higher models, with a brass-inserted stoptail bridge for authentic specifications.
