As can be seen, this is a replica of a Jazz bass.
The body looks ash-like from the grain. There seems to be some examples of this spec.

The electrical system is complete with orange drop capacitors, Switchcraft jacks and CTS pots.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works at about 90°.
