Moog is a historic synthesizer brand that dates back to the 1960s.
Its popularity has not waned to this day, and many musicians, both professional and amateur, use it.
This is a classic control processor.
It's what they call a modular synth.

*4-input mixer: Allows combinations of control signals to create complex effects
*Lag processor: Shapes the control signal so that sudden changes change slowly.
Used for glide (portamento) and sweep effects
*LFO: Generates periodic control signals with a range from one cycle every 5 seconds to 50 cycles per second.
The LFO itself is voltage controlled, so you can vary the speed with an expression pedal or other control signal to create vibrato, trembling, and siren-like effects.
*2 attenuators: Adjust the strength of the control signal in the attenuation direction according to the strength of the effect.
*4-Way multi-patch: One control signal can be sent to three systems.
*Noise source: Supplies noise to be used for audio and control signals.
*Sample & Hold: To supply a classic S&H effect, the voltage is sampled at the timing of the LFO signal to generate a step-like control signal. A different circuit outputs a smoother step signal from the second output.
There are scratches and dirt, and the overall condition is used. It works with a center-positive adapter. It works well.
