Description & Condition
LAKLAND has earned an overwhelmingly high reputation among professional bass players around the world.
LAKLAND is known as a favorite of top-class artists such as Darryl Jones, Joe Osborn, Adam Clayton, and many others.
LAKLAND has several series, and this is the top-of-the-line USA SERIES.
This is a JB type 5-string, which is a bit rare.
Ash is used for the body back and Quilt Maple for the top.
It is painted in beautiful see-through color with LAKLAND's high quality Quilt Maple.
The neck is a smooth quarter-sawn Maple and the fingerboard is a beautiful Birdye Maple.
Pickups and preamp are LAKLAND original.
The middle freqency of the preamp can be finely adjusted, and it is a big attraction to be able to adjust it to your own taste.
The playability is excellent, just like LAKLAND, and there is no stress at all.
The sound is wide-range, strong, and speedy, with a modern appeal that is different from Fender-type JBs.
This is a great piece of work that lives up to the reputation of this brand, which has been growing more and more in recent years.
The remaining frets are approximately 80%.
The truss rod is in good working condition.
The neck is in good condition. The grips are blackened.
The condition of the body and painted surface is beautiful, with no noticeable scratches.
