LAKLAND has earned an overwhelmingly high reputation among professional bass players around the world.
LAKLAND is known as a favorite of top-class artists such as Darryl Jones, Joe Osborn, Adam Clayton, and many others. (titles omitted).
LAKLAND has several series, and this is the highly regarded Shoreline Series made in Japan.
This is a signature model of Hidekazu Hinata aka Hinatch.
The body is made of Alder and the fingerboard is Rosewood, a classic wood composition.
The pickups are the original single coil ones.
The lead wire of the neck PU was broken at the coil side, so it was repaired by GIB.
It has a full bass range and rich midrange, with an attacky treble range and powerful sound that shows slap technique and strong picking.
