Ibanez is a leading Japanese guitar brand that is highly regarded worldwide alongside Fender and Gibson.
The SR series is a long-running series, and the combination of a slim body and neck with powerful electronics is well-balanced and highly regarded worldwide.
This is an SR made in Indonesia.
It is no exaggeration to say that Indonesia is currently the most highly regarded guitar manufacturing country in the world, and in addition to Ibanez, guitars such as PRS are manufactured there. (CORT and others have factories there.)
The body is Okoume, the neck is a laminated type of Jatoba/Walnut, and the fingerboard is Rosewood.
The technique of making a neck by gluing multiple pieces of wood together is intended to reduce left-right and individual differences and achieve higher stability.
The pickups are made by Bartolini, and the preamp with a 3-band EQ is an original design.
As you would expect from Ibanez, it has a good balance between sound and playability.
