The BTB series has a design that is ideal for multi-string basses and is outstandingly popular.
With a great deal of character and yet a practical balance, these models are a great example of Ibanez's design ability.
It features a through-neck construction, which gives it a very smooth sound.
I think this results in a more pronounced tightness in terms of sound.
The scale is 35", which also contributes to the tightness of the sound.
The 35" scale doesn't necessarily make it better, but it is a well-designed overall product, which is typical of Ibanez.
The big-boned sound of this model has universal value, which is probably why it is favoured by so many bassists.
Very little fret wear.
The truss rod is in good working order and the neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and paintwork is clean with a few small dents dotted around.
No obvious modification points were found.
