Freedom is a Tokyo-based guitar workshop that has gained overwhelming support from professional musicians in Japan and has recently begun to make a name for itself overseas.

Originally acclaimed for its repair work, the workshop now focuses on manufacturing. Their works are beloved by many musicians for their high quality and rational design sense.

All of the brand's basses are manufactured in Tokyo.
The wood used is carefully selected through strict quality control, and any wood that does not meet the standards is not used in their products.

It is precisely because they are a small workshop that this level of quality control is possible.
In this sense, too, the quality of their basses is fundamentally different from those made in large factories.

This is a custom-ordered PJ bass.

The body is made of ash and the fingerboard is maple.
The JB-style body shape is distinctive.

The 33-inch scale is also unique.

The tuning machines are Hipshot Ultralite, and the bridge is very similar to a Hipshot Style B.

The pickups appear to be original Freedom pieces.
The balance of their PJ-style pickups is excellent, with little of the phase-shifting texture common in PJs.

The preamp is equipped with a 3-band EQ, and detailed settings can be made from the back panel.

It's difficult to say how original the electrical system is, but since this is a custom bass brand, the level of originality may not be that important.

It has a bass sound that is universally considered to be good.

Approximately 90% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.

There are occasional small dents and scratches on the body and paint.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free "string vibration setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

● Repurchase Price Guarantee

● Defect Guarantee

Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).

The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.

Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:

- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
