FGN (Fujigen) is Japan's world-class guitar factory.
It is highly regarded worldwide and has manufactured many guitar brands such as Fender on an OEM basis.
This is the original brand of Fujigen.
This model is literally a precision bass model with a new yet old-fashioned flavor.
The body is made of Alder and the fingerboard is Rosewood, which is a standard wood composition.
The specs are reminiscent of Fender in the 60's. The frets are the same as those of the brand.
The frets are fretted with the brand's well-known CFS (circle fretting system).
CFS is a fan-shaped fretting system, which makes the frets strike at a right angle to the strings and makes the scale setting more accurate.
Pickups have been replaced with DiMarzio DP122 BK.
The bridge has been replaced with a HIP SHOT KickAss Bass Bridge Chrome.
The sound is open and powerful.
I have the impression that this guitar has been modified to be a perfect match for those who play rock music with a pick.
If you are looking for a bass with the highest quality possible at a low price, this is the bass for you.
The frets are roughly 80% remaining.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and painted surfaces is scattered with dings and scratches. There is an 8mm deep ding on the back of the neck.
The electrical system is in good condition.
Pickups have been replaced with DiMarzio DP122 BK. The bridge has been replaced with a Hip Shot KickAss Bass Bridge Chrome. The strap pin has been cut off from the pickguard at the controls. Pickguard screws were missing, so they were installed by GIB.
