Description & Condition

Fender is the undisputed number one brand of electric guitars and basses.
It is loved by countless top artists such as James Jemerson, Bobby Vega, and Michael League.

The Precision Bass was the world's first solid electric bass with frets, and quickly captivated bassists around the world.
More than half a century after its birth, its brilliance remains unchanged and beloved.

Fender Japan started in the 80's as Fender made in Japan, but unfortunately it has been discontinued and integrated into Fender itself.
However, the brand's quality is still supported by many artists and continues to be sought after today.

This model is a PB62, a faithful reproduction of the '62 PB style.
The serial number suggests that it was manufactured at the Fujigen factory in 1995-1996.

As is typical of basses that have been around for a certain number of years, the response is not quick, but it is pleasantly large and spacious, with a sense of meaning between the lines.

The sound is based on the rich bass tone typical of precision basses, with a lot of beautiful overtones.

The PU has been replaced with a Seymour Duncan SPB-3.
This is a clear upgrade. （The original PU is also included.)

The frets are approximately 70% remaining.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is in good condition with a slight high rise of 3.0mm to 2.5mm and can be played without any problems.
There is a large ding on the fingerboard at the second fret and slight scratches and dings on the body paint.

Pitbull Strings, which we import and sell at our store, was used for the setup.
These are high quality strings that sound natural and bring out the best performance and character of the instrument, so please enjoy them as well.

GIB craftsmen will adjust them to make them easy to play and deliver them to you.
