The Jazz Bass was released as a higher-end model of the Precision Bass. Its sharp and clear sound has been loved by many bassists, and even today it enjoys overwhelming support and a shining presence.
This model is a Fender Japan brand JB62 FL, which was highly regarded but has disappeared.
The pickups have been replaced with Seymour Duncan SJB-3s.
The front is fat and the rear sings. Mixing them together in the mixed position produces a tight, clear low end with a distinctive sound.
The tone is more powerful than normal and comfortable.
This is a high-quality gem that allows you to fully enjoy the fretless-like sound.
The truss rod is in good working order. The neck is in good condition, with reverse warping around the 1st to 5th frets and forward warping after the 6th fret, but the strings can be adjusted to a height of 2.5 to 3.0 mm without any problems.
