Fender is the undisputed number one brand of electric guitars and basses.
Fender is loved by countless top artists such as Jaco Pastorious, Marcus Miller, Geddy Lee, and many more. (Honorifics omitted)
The Jazz Bass was released as a higher-end model of the Precision Bass.
Its sharp and clear sound has been loved by many bassists, and even today it enjoys overwhelming support and a shining presence.
Fender Japan is a brand that has now been discontinued, but there are still many artists who use the brand, and its high quality has gained a certain reputation.
This is a fretless bass.
The serial number and the same specs exist in the catalog of the time, so we assume the production year is 1996.
Based on the serial number, we believe it was manufactured between 1993-1996.
The body is Alder and the fingerboard is Rosewood, which is a standard configuration.
The PU has been replaced with one made by Bartolini.
The noiseless and warm characteristics typical of Bartolini are perfect for fretless!
