The body is made of two pieces of selected Alder.
It is a traditional wood that is indispensable in the history of Fender.
The neck is made of one piece of quarter-sawn maple with a slight flamed grain.
Quarter-sawn maple is a rare and expensive wood from which only 10-15% of one log can be obtained, and it is sometimes said to be sturdier, more resistant to environmental changes, and more stable than board-sawn maple.
The head and fingerboard have a gloss finish, but only the neck grip has a satin finish.
It is smooth to the touch and glides well, which is an advantage when moving from one position to another without stress.
The 22 frets, 9.5R fingerboard radius, and medium jumbo frets give it a traditional look, but the design is modern in terms of playability.
The pickups are Fender Modern Classic in the neck and middle positions and Fender Hot Classic in the bridge position.
The sound is cohesive, balanced, and modern.
The bridge is equipped with a 2-point tremolo unit.
The bridge is equipped with a two-point tremolo unit, which allows for smoother arming compared to traditional six-point models.
The looks, sound, and playability are all high-class gems.
It is truly a fusion of vintage and modern.
This is a top-of-the-line model from Fender, a leading electric guitar brand.
