The Precision Bass was the world's first solid electric bass with frets, and it quickly attracted bassists from all over the world. More than half a century has passed since its birth, and it is still loved for its brilliance.
This product is a PB made in Mexico.
It is literally inspired by the style of the 50's.
Alder body, maple fingerboard, and a classic configuration as the model name suggests.
The crisp playing feel is not typical of Asian-made guitars, including those made in Japan, but is distinctly North American.
The low to low midrange has a massive strength, and the simple and straightforward precision bass feel is very comfortable to play.
The remaining frets are approximately 70%. The truss rod is in good working order and the neck is in good condition. The pegs are dull and there are some minor dents.
The body and paint are in good condition, with numerous dents and paint cracks near the neck joint and body end. There are screw holes where the bridge fence was attached.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The joint plate has been replaced with a Freedom custom guitar research/Tone Shift Plate SP-JP-03.
