Although it is currently positioned as a lower-priced version of Gibson, it still has many fans due to its high quality.
This model is a reproduction of a Les Paul made in 1957.
The body back is made of mahogany and the top is made of maple.
The top is finished with a painted gold top color, giving it a calm look that is not too flashy.
The neck is mahogany and the fingerboard is rosewood, a traditional combination.
This model has been upgraded in many ways.
First, the rear pickup has been replaced with a SEYMOUR DUNCAN SH-4 JB.
The SH-4 JB is a typical replacement pickup with a distinctive edgy sound.
The pegs have been upgraded to Gotoh Magnum Lock pegs.
These pegs have been upgraded to Gotoh's Magnum Lock pegs, which improve tuning stability.
