Bacchus is a Japanese brand based in Nagano.

This brand is under the umbrella of Deviser, which owns a large guitar factory called the Asuka Factory, and many musicians have praised the high quality of the guitars because they are produced by the factory themselves.

This is a model called STANDARD, which was included in the top-of-the-line Handmade Series.

At that time, the models equipped with a passive circuit were called WOODLINE, and the models equipped with an active circuit were called STANDARD.

Older models than this one are equipped with a GOTOH bridge, but this one is a separate type.
It's not the first generation, so to speak, it's the second generation.

The body is Ash and the fingerboard is black Ebony.
Such materials are not easily available today.

The PU is probably original.

The preamp is a Bartolini XTCT.
This preamp has a slightly boosted BASS and TREBLE at the center position.

For this reason, I sometimes aim for a more free sound make-up without adding a center click. (I think so, but maybe it's just a coincidence.)

Therefore, this model does not have a center click on the EQ knob.

Characterized by Bacchus' ultra-smooth playing feel and powerful, sharp sound.
Bassists who don't like this are probably in the minority. It's the best.

Approximately 80% of the frets remain.
The movement of the truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it can move around 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and paint surface is that there are dents and scratches scattered throughout. There are several areas where the paint has peeled off and the color of the wood itself is visible.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modification points were found.
