Xotic is a brand founded in LA by Japanese guitar builder Hiro Miura.

In Japan, its guitars are used by many famous musicians, including Yoshiteru Takahashi, BJ of Indigo Jam Unit, and Katsuji Morioka, as well as Chuck Rainey, Rhonda Smith, and Travis Carlton. (Titles omitted)

This is a special guitar custom-ordered by GIB.

The XJ series, a Japanese-made line, has been highly praised, especially by studio musicians.

While constructed in a traditional style, it has some modern updates.

The neck joint is positioned slightly differently than usual, making it easier for your left hand to reach the higher positions when you hold it.

This guitar is designed for modern musicians who use the entire fingerboard evenly.

The body is made of alder and the fingerboard is made of rosewood.
The fingerboard is slightly longer and has 22 frets.

The finish is lacquer, and the color is a multi-layer of CAR and 3TS, Heavy Aged.

It has a classic feel both in appearance and sound.

The tuning machines are HIPSHOT Ultralite paddle pegs.

The bridge is usually the original style, but since this was a custom order, we specified HIPSHOT Style B.

The pickups are Raw Vintage.
They are handmade in California and are characterized by a clear, crisp, and vivid output.

They respond more sensitively to the player's fingertips than before.
The neck pickup is deeper, the bridge pickup more three-dimensional, and the mix produces a clear, tight low end.

The preamp is original to Xotic.

Controls include neck volume (active/passive switch), bridge volume (series/parallel switch), passive tone, treble, middle, bass, mid frequency switch, and treble frequency switch.

The sound is neat, with sufficient low range and pleasant overtones.

It also plays very well, and is overall a high-level instrument.

Especially for session and studio musicians, there's always demand for a JB that combines modern instrument controls and preamps with a traditional sound.

However, there aren't many products that meet this demand in terms of quality.

Instruments purchased from our store qualify for lifetime free "string vibration setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

●Repurchase Price Guarantee

If you sell your product within six months of purchase, we guarantee a full repurchase price. This guarantee is 50% for new products and 70% for used products.

●Defect Guarantee

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will repair any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).

The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.

Please note that even within the warranty period, repairs will incur a fee in the following cases:

- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card. Or if the wording has been altered.
