Description & Condition

Stringjoy is a Nashville-based manufacturer that produces a small number of elite, high-quality guitar strings.

Although not well known in Japan, Stringjoy is highly trusted and popular with professional musicians in the USA.

Stringjoy strings are handmade, and the entire production process involves human hands and strict quality control.
This means that there is a very low probability of so-called "bad strings" being mixed in, and only the best quality strings are packaged.

The strings have a steel round core wound with the finest American nickel.
The round core design is unique, as most strings are generally hex core.

This design was also used in older DRs and is more supple to play than hex core.

Sound-wise, it has a good balance from top to bottom without excesses or deficiencies, and a fast response in the low end.
The low end to middle range in particular is generous and rich, bringing a convincing bass sound to ensembles.
Overall, it is very neat and it is difficult to have a negative impression of it.

Carefully handmade from quality materials, the silky feel of the Stringjoy is also a key feature.
Smooth playability will be a reassuring friend to many bassists.
