Until now, the Metro line was manufactured in Japan, but after Warwick took charge of the distribution of Sadowsky products, the manufacturing location was changed to the Warwick factory in Germany.
Originally, the Metroline models made in Japan were highly regarded, so some were concerned about a decline in quality, but as far as the actual product is concerned, there seems to be no need to worry about an overreaction.
The neck feels a little thinner than the Japanese-made version, and there are differences in the roundness of the body joint.
The excellent electronics output a powerful sound even at low string heights.
Playability is also problem-free and the overall potential of the product seems to be high.
Generally, models with a PJ pickup layout can have balance problems when mixed.
Perhaps with this in mind, this model is equipped with a dedicated rear PU that differs from the JB model.
As typified by this point, this model is not an instant creation, but seems to have been thoughtfully designed.
