Description & Condition

Freedom is a Tokyo-based guitar workshop that has gained overwhelming support from professional musicians in Japan and in recent years has started to make a name for itself abroad.

Originally highly regarded for their repair work, they now focus on manufacturing, and their work is loved by many musicians for its high quality and rational design sense.

All of the brand's basses are manufactured in Tokyo.
The wood used is carefully selected through strict quality control, and no wood that does not meet their standards is used in their products.

This quality control is only possible because we are a small workshop.
In this sense, too, the quality is fundamentally completely different from that of products made in large factories.

This model is a replica of the JB ordered by GIB.
The colour is the custom-ordered Shinobi series pink.

I ordered it with the nuance, "Please blow an elegant burgundy colour like a blonde beauty, see-through to ash", and it turned out beautifully. What do you think?

Even though the body is painted in urethane, it is as thin as a lacquer and I have great faith in its quality.
There is no doubt about the quality of the texture, sound and playability when you actually play it, and we don't want you to think of this as necessarily a negative thing.

The body is carefully selected light ash for this colour.
This also has a significant impact on the sound, with a pleasant mid-range that is speedy and colossal, as is typical of light ash.

The neck is lacquered, and we asked for an intermediate finish between gloss and satin.

The sound has a wide range, yet is powerful overall, which is one of the reasons why Fender Vintage guitars are so appealing.
This is a great example of a Fender Vintage guitar that has all the charm of a Fender Vintage guitar, mixed with modern elements such as stainless steel frets.

It's the Fender Vintage wonderfully brought back to life in the modern age.
