Description & Condition
EVERTONE PICKUP is a new Japanese pickup brand.
Its distinctive design takes into consideration the sound of vintage guitars, behavior suited to recording, and envelope curves (how the volume changes).
I heard that Muu (Suspended 4th) recently purchased one.
He said that the speed actually suits his style and that he likes it.
It seems that the envelope curve, one of EVERTONE's themes, is truly being praised.
This model is a replacement pickup for 4-string precision basses.
The basic concept is to control the moment the attack peaks by designing the envelope curve.
NEWTONE Normal is said to be suitable for classic styles like blues and hard rock, while NEWTONE Class-S is suitable for modern styles.
There are differences in the speed at which it reaches its peak from attack, with Normal being about the same as a regular pickup and Class-S being the fastest.
In other words, the Class-S is probably best suited for those who frequently play songs with fast BPMs or who use techniques like slap, which create a quick attack.
The newly released NEWTONE BASIS is designed with the most vintage feel of all the models.
It's perfect for those who love the traditional PB sound, the sound you hear on records, and those who enjoy slow- and mid-tempo rock and R&B.
There are price differences between these models, but this doesn't seem to be a reflection of the difference in grade.
This product will be delivered after strict inspection by GIB craftsmen.
