Description & Condition

Capurso Guitars is a high brand of handmade, high quality basses based in Italy.
In Japan, bassist Yoshiteru Takahashi uses their basses.

The instruments created by builder Andrea Capurso are traditional, experimental, and musical in common.
The shining concepts are given form in the form of instruments with a solid skill set.

The Spiral is a balanced model similar to the Fender, but with elements more suited to the modern musician.

Ash is used for the body, neck, and many other parts of the instrument.
The successful use of ash in the neck is a major characteristic of this brand.

EMG is used for the PU, and a 3-band EQ made by Xander Electronics of Italy is used for the preamp.

Combined with these elements, the nuance is very speedy and resonates with an appealing click as soon as it is struck.
The sweet overtones that spread over the ample low frequency range are beautiful, and are sure to be a powerful ally for musicians.

It is beautifully finished with lacquer, and its simplicity makes it stand out for its high quality.

The scale is 34 inches and the pitch between strings is standard at 19 mm.

European brands are gradually adopting North American nuances, which could be described as commoditization.
Capurso, however, does not follow such a trend, but rather takes its own unique route.

Capurso has created a neat balance between the two, and is highly regarded worldwide in the contemporary music scene.
