The Spiral is a work that takes Fender's traditional style as its base while incorporating more modern developments.

This is a 24-fret, active, modern-style bass modeled after a JB type.

The body top features eye-catching Poplar Burl for a very beautiful look.

The back is Light Ash, and the fingerboard is Maple, a classic configuration.

The tuning machines and bridge are HIPSHOT.

It uses Italian MAMA Pickups.

The acoustic design already features well-balanced string vibration, and the pickups simply output clearly.

It's a truly beautiful design.

The mini-switch is a tap switch for the bridge pickup.

Tapping activates only the neck-side coil.

This makes the sound sharper and clearer than the powerful dual-coil setting.

Those who prefer a JB-like texture will likely prefer the tapped state.

The preamp is a 3-band EQ from Xander Electronics of Italy.

The frequencies are 30Hz for bass, 250Hz for middle, and 10kHz for treble.

The bass includes sub-band frequencies, and the treble includes presence components; boosting them results in a high-range and speedy sound.

The middle is slightly lower at 250Hz.

Rather than using it to cut frequencies, actively pushing it results in a wide range while maintaining a bass-like balance.

In fact, Andrea Capurso, the builder of Capurso Guitars, was heavily involved in the preamp's design.

Since his philosophy is embodied in the materials used in his work, the compatibility is naturally excellent.

The playing feel is extremely light, and the nuance of how it responds sensitively to even the slightest touch while still resonating powerfully is very impressive.

While multi-string, 24-fret basses often tend to sound too tight, this particular instrument has an open and expansive sound.

●Defective Product Warranty
