The preamp is a 3-band EQ made by Italy's Xander Electronics.

The frequencies are bass 30Hz, mid 250Hz, and treble 10kHz.
The bass extends to the sub-range, and the treble extends to presence, and when boosted, the high-range becomes speedy.

The mid is a slightly lower 250Hz.
Pushing it aggressively rather than cutting it gives it a wide range while still maintaining a bass-like balance.

● Defect Guarantee

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will provide free repairs (returns and refunds only if repairs are not possible) for any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase.

The warranty period is three months for used instruments and one year for new instruments.

Please note that even within the warranty period, a fee will be charged for repairs in the following cases.

- Breakdowns or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Breakdowns or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
