Bacchus is a Japanese brand based in Nagano, Japan.
Bacchus is a brand under the umbrella of Divisor, which owns a large guitar factory called Asuka Factory, and is highly regarded by many musicians for its high quality because the factory handles the guitars itself.
Bacchus has several series of guitars, and this model is the Universe Series with excellent cost performance.
It features a jazz bass type body shape with two humbucking PUs.
The body is made of hardwood and the fingerboard is made of rosewood.
The sound is super smooth, as is typical of the brand, yet it has the fat and powerful sound of humbucking PUs.
It is a perfect match for rock and funk.
