Description & Condition
The brand is under the umbrella of Divisor, which owns a large guitar factory called Asuka Factory, and is appreciated by many musicians for its high quality because it is handled by the factory itself.
This model is the new BARON from the Global Series, which is manufactured independently with the aim of achieving high quality.
The body shape is similar to a Telecaster, but finished with a beautiful arch top.
The controls and construction give the impression of a good mix of Fender and Gibson features.
First of all, it is worth mentioning the matching colour fill and gold hardware, which is reminiscent of a Les Paul Custom.
The smooth and beautifully finished arched top will appeal to Gibson lovers.
The body back is made of nato.
Nato has similar characteristics to mahogany in terms of appearance and specific gravity, and is a wood that has been gaining attention in recent years.
The medium scale neck is made of nato, as is the body back, and the fingerboard is rosewood.
It is decorated with block inlays and neck binding, giving it an overall high-end look.
The wood composition feels more Gibson-conscious than Fender-conscious.
The pickups are two original humbuckers.
The basic sound is powerful and hum-like, but also tight because of the bolt-on joint construction.
Controls are 2 volume, 2 tone and a 3-way toggle switch.
By adopting a layout similar to that of Gibson guitars, a wide variety of sounds can be controlled at your fingertips.
The production itself is done at an overseas factory, but each guitar is inspected by a special department in Matsumoto, Nagano, after arrival in Japan, and the parts directly related to playability are especially well adjusted.
