ALUSONIC is an Italian brand that produces guitars, basses, and cabinets that incorporate aluminum as a material.

Since most of the design and hardware development is done in-house, the final products are all highly consistent and perfectly balanced at a high level.

The J-Special model incorporates a body shape that is a stylish interpretation of a traditional style.

The aluminum inlaid into the top of the body is given a special finish that gives it a unique look that differs from the grain of the wood.

The body back is chambered ash, and the finish is urethane so thin that the grain of the wood shows through.

The original Alnico and Neodymium hybrid pickups are both powerful and sensitive enough to capture the subtle movements of the strings.

The preamp with 3-band EQ is an original development.

The boosted sound is not muddy, but only has a greater sense of volume, and even extreme settings (e.g., full all the way up) can be used to create a "real" sound.

The bass is a perfect match for this PU and preamp, and this is because they were developed specifically for this bass.

The sound is light and comfortable to play, yet very powerful, which is one of the biggest attractions of this brand.
