This model, the BB614, inherits the traditional body shape and design philosophy of the BB series, while incorporating more modern and practical specifications.

The color is Black Metallic, which gives a sharp and cool impression.

The body is made of alder, the classic material for basses, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood, resulting in a classic construction. The neck is joined slightly deeper than the current model, resulting in superior acoustic transmission efficiency.

The neck pickup is a newly developed ferrite pickup that produces powerful bass tones.

The bridge pickup uses a bar-type pickup directly derived from the BB3000.

The magnet boasts 200% more capacity than conventional models, resulting in an extremely clear sound image.

It also features an active circuit with a 3-band EQ, allowing for a wide range of sound shaping.

From a thick bottom end that supports the ensemble to a punchy, scooped sound perfect for slap bass, the ability to instantly adjust the tone is a major advantage unique to active models.

The frets have approximately 90% remaining.

The truss rod is stiff, but approximately 90 degrees of movement has been confirmed.

The neck has a slight upward bow on the E string side, but with adjustments to the string height at the 12th fret (G string 2.2mm - E string 2.7mm), it is playable without any problems.

The body and paintwork have minor scratches.

The electronics are in good condition.

No obvious modifications were observed.
