Tune is a long-established bass brand based in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Since its founding in 1983, it has been loved by many bassists.
This is the Zi-III-5, featuring a beautiful neck-through construction.
Its excellent body balance provides high playability, allowing for a smooth transition from traditional basses without any discomfort.
The body appears to be constructed from Hawaiian Koa and Mahogany.
The neck is made of Hard Maple, and the fingerboard is made of Ebony.
Equipped with EMG pickups and combined with the original GZP-2 preamp, it produces a wide-range, clear, high-resolution sound with fast response.
The clear, articulate tone stands out in ensembles, making this a highly accomplished and attractive model for a multi-string bass.
The frets have approximately 80% remaining.
