Music Man emerged as Leo Fender's second brand and became beloved by bassists worldwide.
Many artists, including Louis Johnson and Flea, are known to use their basses. (Titles omitted)
The StingRay is a classic model that enjoys overwhelming popularity within the brand.
It's no exaggeration to say that, alongside Fender's Jazz Bass and Precision Bass, it's one of the most popular basses in the world.
This particular instrument was manufactured in 1998.
It features a 6-bolt neck joint, a top-loading bridge, and a 3-band EQ—specifications typical of that era.
The body is made of ash, and the neck and fingerboard are maple.
The pickups and preamp are original.
It features a distinctive, masculine design with a single humbucking pickup mounted at the bridge.
The powerful, punchy bass and treble tones create a unique sound that can only be achieved with this bass.

The frets have approximately 70% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show noticeable cracking near the elbow cut. There is a dent of about 1cm near the jack.
There is a 1cm paint chip on the back of the body. There are multiple dents on the headstock of the neck.
The electronics have a slight crackling sound in the bass knob.
No obvious modifications were observed.
