Sadowsky is a high-end New York brand with top-tier musicians such as Marcus Miller and Will Lee as clients. (Titles omitted)
This model is the MV4 from the Japanese-made MetroLine series, which has unfortunately been discontinued.
The MetroLine series achieved the sound and playability of the original NYC models through Japan's advanced manufacturing technology.
Even after production ended, it maintained high popularity and is highly valued in the used market.
The body is made of ash, and the neck and fingerboard are made of maple.
This classic combination, reminiscent of 1970s style, produces a fast attack and a tight, clear sound.
It features Sadowsky's original Hum Cancelling J pickups and a 2-band EQ in the preamp.
It achieves a balance between a glossy high frequency that doesn't sound harsh and a tight low frequency that firmly supports the ensemble.
Furthermore, in addition to treble/bass EQ, it features a push/pull active/passive switch and a passive tone control.
From modern sounds suitable for slap bass to mellow tones that match old-school fingerstyle playing, this guitar offers a wide range of sound shaping possibilities.
