Fujigen is a world-renowned guitar factory in Japan.
Its quality is highly regarded globally, and it has manufactured OEM parts for many guitar brands, including Fender, G&L, and Ibanez.
FGN is the original brand of this world-class guitar factory.
This model is a 5-string Jazz Bass type with an orthodox style that feels somehow new.
The body is made of alder and the fretboard is rosewood, a classic wood combination.
The specifications evoke a 1960s Fender.
The frets utilize the brand's signature CFS (circle fretting system).
CFS uses a fan-shaped fret arrangement, creating a right-angle angle to the strings and resulting in more accurate scale setting.
The controls are simple: neck pickup volume, bridge pickup volume, and master tone.
While keeping costs to a minimum, this is a masterpiece that highlights their high level of technical skill.
We highly recommend this bass to anyone looking for their first 5-string bass or someone struggling to choose their second bass.
The frets have approximately 85% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck has a slight warp and a slight buzzing sound in the lower positions on the 1st string side. (It's not noticeable through an amplifier.) PLEK is recommended for optimal playing performance.
