Fodera is one of the world's most popular high-end bass guitar brands.
Founder Vinny Fodera began his career in his teens.
After working at top workshops such as Spector and Ken Smith, he founded Fodera Guitars in 1983.

This is the Emperor model, a relatively classic style within the Fodera lineup.
With its double-cutaway body, its familiar body shape has made it popular with many bassists.
This particular model is a special one, featuring a quilted maple top.
Manufactured in 2021.
As mentioned, the body top is quilted maple, and the body back is alder.
Finished with a clear satin paint, it boasts a beautiful finish that highlights the wood grain and texture.
The neck is made of maple, and the fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.
Despite the use of a top wood, the overall construction gives a traditional impression.
The pickups are original dual-coils, and the preamp is also an original Fodera unit.
