FGN (Fujigen) is a guitar factory that Japan proudly presents to the world.
Highly regarded globally, it has manufactured OEM parts for many guitar brands, including Fender.
This is a bass guitar from Fujigen's original brand.
This model incorporates the charm of classic Jazz Basses while also offering modern playability.
The body is made of ash, and the fingerboard is maple, a classic wood combination.
The pickups are original.
Controls include neck pickup volume, bridge pickup volume, and master tone.
The tone pot features a push/pull switch; when pulled, the pickups are connected in series.
This provides a powerful sound similar to humbucking pickups.
The frets utilize the brand's signature CFS (circle fretting system).
CFS uses a fan-shaped fret arrangement, creating a right-angle angle to the strings and resulting in more accurate scale length setting.
By using original parts, costs are kept down, yet this guitar clearly demonstrates Fujigen's high level of manufacturing expertise.
