Founder Vinny Fodera began his career in his teens.
After working at top workshops such as Spector and Ken Smith, he founded Fodera Guitars in 1983.

This is the Imperial, a representative style of Fodera.
This is a relatively recent 5-string model, manufactured in 2023.
The body is a familiar combination of Olive and Ash.
The laminated neck, mainly made of Maple, is joined using a neck-through construction.
The fingerboard is BirdsEye Maple.
It is assembled with high-quality woods, resulting in a very beautiful and refined look.
The pickups are Fodera/Duncan Dual Coils.
The preamp is original.
The playability is extremely smooth, and the beautiful, clear, and straight sound, typical of Fodera, is captivating.
