The Jazz Bass was released as a higher-end model than the Precision Bass.
Its sharp, clear sound is loved by many bassists, and it continues to receive overwhelming support and shines brightly even today.
This is from the American Vintage series.
Literally, it's a genuine Jazz Bass modeled after vintage designs.
""MAY 13 1999"" is written in the neck pocket.
""SEP 27 1999"" is written on the back of the neck.
Based on these, we determined it was manufactured in 1999.
The body is alder, and the fingerboard is rosewood.
A classic combination that produces a rich midrange.
The body shows signs of use and sticker residue overall.
There is a large paint chip near the control plate.
Nearly 30 years have passed since its manufacture, giving it a very aged look overall.
The pickups are original.
The sound, a classic blend of rich, full-bodied bass and sharp, beautiful treble, is truly exceptional.

The frets have approximately 70% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
